You must be at least 16 years old to use Pinks & Blues. Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be terminated without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Pinks & Blues responsibly and lawfully. Users are prohibited from posting, sharing, or distributing the following types of material:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSEM)
- Pro-terrorism or violent extremist content
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Harassment, hate speech, sexual misconduct, or abusive content

Users must also refrain from attempts to exploit, groom, or harm children. Any violation may result in suspension, termination, and reporting to law enforcement.

4. Safety by Design

Pinks & Blues incorporates Safety by Design principles by embedding safety measures, privacy protections, and inclusivity into the platform. We implement default safe settings, content moderation, reporting and blocking tools, and proactive detection measures to help protect our users.

5. Complaints & Enforcement

Our platform provides in-app tools to report harmful or inappropriate behavior. Complaints will be reviewed promptly. We commit to acting on genuine complaints, escalating matters to law enforcement when there is a risk of imminent harm. Repeat offenders will be permanently removed, and reasonable measures will be taken to prevent them from creating new accounts.

6. Account Termination & Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time. We may retain certain data for legal or safety obligations before full deletion. Accounts terminated for serious policy violations may have data retained longer for compliance and law enforcement purposes.

7. Liability

While we take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment, Pinks & Blues cannot guarantee absolute prevention of harm. We are not liable for harm caused by user interactions. However, we work in accordance with eSafety guidance to reduce risks.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, or community needs. Users will be notified of major changes through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
